• In December 2019, Align Capital Partners, a US based Private Equity firm, announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of TVS filters through its portfolio company Pleatco Filtration. Pleatco has strong manufacturing and marketing capabilities and this acquisition has strengthened its position in North America region.


• In July 2018, Loudspring Oyj, a Finland based company holding several active in energy and resource efficiency companies, acquired majority stake in Eagle Filters, Finland based manufacturer of filters. Previously the company had minority stake of 34%. Loudspring has invested around 0.3 Mn EUR as a part of the transaction.
